Pinewood Elementary is proud to be an A+ School, where the arts are fully integrated into everyday learning through our Performing Arts Academy. This program helps students connect with subjects like reading, math, science, and technology using creative, hands-on activities that engage different learning styles. Through music, drama, and movement, students develop critical thinking and collaboration skills while staying excited about learning. Our teachers use innovative strategies to inspire creativity and promote positive behavior, making the arts a key part of our students’ academic success.

A great example of our students’ talents is the Pinewood Elementary Performing Arts musical, Willie Wonka KIDS. This production features students acting, singing, and working together to bring the story to life on stage. It offers a valuable chance for students to build confidence, grow their creative skills, and share their hard work with family and friends.

Our students also shine in academic competitions such as Math Masters and Battle of the Books, where they challenge themselves and celebrate their achievements.
